Give the gift of bilingualism at the best age!
There’s a short period of time, a critical cognitive window before the lateralization of the brain turns language into a rigid, hard to reach compartment. During this period the mind has functional plasticity. This lasts from infancy to age 8!
Start your free 2 class trial!
This is why our programs are specifically designed for preschool-aged children.
The best time to teach your child a second language is the same time they’re learning their first one. They’ll speak French the native way.
Don’t miss out on this window because you don’t have a bilingual preschool near you!

Teacher
Hello parents! I am Mrs. Vanessa. I was born and raised in Paris. I took the plunge with my husband and we moved to New York 2 years ago to start a new adventure. With a master's degree in education from Paris la Sorbonne University, I have 4 years of experience teaching in kindergarten and high school. Teaching is a vocation for me, and I believe in a personalized education that takes into account the personality of each child, their needs and their pace. I believe in educating children through play, and love to develop Montessori and science activities for the development and fun of toddlers. My love for travel has taught me the importance of making our children open-minded, culturally aware citizens of the world. In my free time I love to read, go for a walk in nature and enjoy my family and my daughter who is a few months old. I am also passionate about chocolate, French cheese and of course our national baguette that goes without saying!

Hi! My name is Ms. Katherine and I will be your English teacher. I am a certified teacher and received my Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Early Childhood/Special Education and Childhood/Special Education grades 1-6 from New York University and Hunter College. For the last five years, I worked as a preschool teacher and delivered creative and hands-on-lessons where children are empowered to construct knowledge and inquire about the world around them. I am a lover of literacy and have experience working with children of various ages and abilities. I have taught English Language Learners and children with dyslexia to read and write using a multisensory approach. On any given day, you can see me bringing books to life by acting out stories, using props, and challenging children to think critically about stories. I am an energetic and passionate teacher, and I believe in nurturing the growth of the whole child. I am dedicated to creating fun and engaging activities that connect to children’s interests and inspire a love of learning. Outside of the classroom, I enjoy cooking and learning about different cuisines from around the world. I also love traveling and exploring new places. I will be your English teacher in the dual language program.

French curricula for preschools
At bilingual bebe we focus on the following main axis
One person, One language
We adhere the golden rule of “one person, one language” which is the reason we offer 2 program options: full immersion and dual language. In our dual language program, our classrooms are taught by a French and English-speaking teacher alternatively throughout the week.
Everyone has their own rhythm
We respect each child’s identity and rhythm. Our goal is for your preschooler to grow in confidence to trust themselves, others and be able to serenely express and assert themselves.
Developing language in all its forms
Exploring the world
Structuring thoughts and problem solving
Acting and interacting though motor and artistic activities
Learning through play
